The materials link can be found on the Live Coaching session tile. You can review them before, during, and after your session. The material is for use with your instructor, so don’t worry if you are not sure what to do. Your instructor will bring them up on the screen during the session as well and explain how to use them.
Note: If you are currently enrolled in the "Flex Blended" program type for level 1-4, the materials link will be displayed on the applicable Live Coaching session tiles only.
