You are ready to schedule your Live Coaching session if you have completed two lessons, and the Live Coaching session tile on your Course page is unlocked. Click/Tap on the Schedule button.
You will be provided with an option to either join your session immediately or schedule your session, depending on the instructor's current availability.
1. In case of immediate instructor availability, you will see an option to start the Live Coaching session. Click/Tap "Start a Live Coaching session",and then wait until the system displays an available instructor. Click/Tap "join session".
2. To schedule ahead of time, click/tap the “Schedule session” button. Then follow the instructions:
- Select your preferred date and time.
- Click/Tap "Book session".
You will see on-screen confirmation of your booking and receive an email confirmation. You will also receive an email with the link to the session 5 minutes prior to the session's start time. The date and time of your session will be displayed on the tile for the Live Coaching session you booked.
Note: You can schedule your session up to 72 hours in advance.
